Returns & Refunds policy

1. Right to cancel

You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. How to return

Email info@drkalsskinclinic.co.uk with your order number and items you wish to return.

Return goods to: Dr Kal's Skin Clinic Ltd, 15 Castleton Grove, SA62 4AF.

Please obtain proof of postage.

3. Hygiene and safety exemptions

We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used or unsealed after delivery. This follows the statutory exemption for “goods sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes which have been unsealed after delivery.”

4. Faulty or damaged items

Notify us within 7 days if items arrive damaged or defective. We will replace or refund at no extra cost.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We will refund the product price and the standard delivery cost paid at checkout (excluding any premium delivery options).

6. Return costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

• Deliveries made through Royal Mail and DPD.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• If delivery is not completed within 30 days you may cancel for a full refund.

• Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership transfers after full payment.
