2. Orders and payments

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made at checkout via Stripe or PayPal. An order is accepted once we dispatch your products or confirm acceptance by email. We reserve the right to decline orders for pricing errors or stock issues.

3. Product information

We aim to display accurate descriptions and images, but colours and packaging may vary. All products are for external use only and should be used as directed.

4. Delivery

Typical delivery is within 2 to 6 working days via Royal Mail or DPD. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. lf we cannot deliver within 30 days, you may cancel and receive a full refund. Further details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns and refunds

You have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our Returns Policy for how to return items and hygiene restrictions.

6. Promotions and discounts

Any offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the product(s).

8. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g. strikes, pandemics, or transport disruption).

9. Complaints and ADR

Contact us by email for complaints. If unresolved, you may use Alternative Dispute Resolution or contact Trading Standards.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be heard in the English courts.
